SHIPPING TIMELINE

Our aim is to deliver your products as quickly as possible, no matter where you are located. All orders are shipped from Singapore, and we offer free shipping for all local orders.

Shipping Time:

Local Orders: Please allow 2-3 Business Days from order confirmation.

International Orders: Please allow 8-12 Business Days from order confirmation.

TRACKING ORDER

After processing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.

LOST/MISSING MAIL

A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed, serving as proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost or missing mail.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations.

DEFECTIVE ORDERS

Although all items are quality checked before shipping, if you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please email us at tofuwarehouse@gmail.com with your order ID and photos of the defective or incorrect item. We will provide further instructions within 24-48 hours.

You may return the item(s) in their original, unused, and unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. Postage will be fully reimbursed. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
